Question about this bracelet on Omega De Ville (Andrew Grima inspired line)?

Anybody have any info about this bracelet? Material etc? I've only seen one other one and it had a Roman Numeral dial. Is the bracelet Omega?

How is it fastened to the head?

Seems like nothing but an original bracelet would fit?
