Purchased Vintage Seamaster Quartz cal. 1342 - thoughts?

Hi all,

My wife just surprised me with this vintage Omega quartz cal. 1342 purchased from a reputable seller on ebay for £350. (A wife supportive of my very new found interest!)

It all looks very good to me with the watch in good condition, but I was hoping a few of you would eyeball it and tell me what you think?

Sorry to say but better pictures are important, also a picture from the inside of the caseback.
