I wouldn't have a clue, but I'd humbly suggest taking it to a trusted jeweler. Many years ago, I took a hard spill on my mountain bike while wearing my favorite watch. In the aftermath, the crystal looked like a beast from hell had scraped its claws across it.
I took it to my jeweler who told me the crystal for that watch was no longer available, so he made a crystal for it and I still have that watch to this day.
So in short, maybe a good jeweler can custom-fit a crystal for you.
