This watch was typical of this. One family owner, with original documents.
The condition was lovely. No shame - it proves provenance.
Dare i say I think it was cheap. I have seen them sell for double this.
I cannot decide which version is more valuable. This one, the Professional version with painted logo, has a unique dial plate with smaller subdials and subdial hands.
However, I think the Non-Pro might be more valuable.

·No ill will intended here, the subject lot doesn't come with the 145.012 case back which is only disclosed when inquiring about. Unfortunately the condition report does not specify this anomaly either.
Personally I would try to bid on it given the impeccable provenance, but what put me off IMHO is the incorrect white chrono hand. I believe the Red Racing Speedmaster should be fit with the same type of chrono hand (painted in white) as with that of the Ultraman, of which the serial number of this watch is in the range.
