·Well, Omega will not "just" replace a pusher, so if that is what you asked for (demanded of them) and they refused, that is their right.
Omega (and it's service agents) will want to do a complete service to ensure that the watch is working properly, and that they can apply the standard 2 year warranty to the work. If a pusher is missing, then this means that dirt can enter the watch, and get into the movement. A policy such as this is not specific to Omega - pretty much every watch brand on the planet would have insisted on doing the same.
You can complain and stomp your feet all you want, but that won't change a thing. If you thought that making a complaint about an Omega service center to Omega, would not get back to the service center, then that was very naïve. What else would you expect Omega to do, other than follow up with the service center in question?
Now you come here to complain, and start arguments with anyone who doesn't immediately agree with you. Sorry, but you are unlikely to get any sympathy here...
First of all, I didn't start a discussion with anyone, I just told you what I didn't like about the case ... I have no problem at all with the fact that, of course, the service was contacted all the time, asking why I had to forward my complaint letter in which I multiplied the price and questioned its real value.
And it does matter to me when I go for it for them, how they will look at me. What they will think of me.
Or what (almost certainly it won’t happen but) what will happen to my watch after these?
