Not in general conditions, but on the auction site - https://www.bukowskis.com/en/auctions/614/home, not present on previous timepieces auctions.

New rules should be introduced in an appropriate way and then found everywhere on their website.

I'm not a lawyer, but I guess I'd ask one in case I had been the seller of any of these watches.

I dragged myself out of bed to follow along, with four lots that I'd earmarked as "passive pursuits," in that I would bid until about 10% off market value and then would stop.

I lost on the first three (Movado - lot 50, 105.012-66HF - lot 76, and 1016 Explorer - lot 80). All of those were in great condition and sold for reasonable prices, so I'm starting to think I quit for no reason. Glad I caught the fourth one though (I'll let that remain a mystery 馃槈).

Bazamu are you trying to corner the market on Movado. . Leave some for the rest of us! 馃榾

While not an Omega, I'm kicking myself for not bidding on the salmon UG Compur that went for around ~$2k all in. Seemed nice, though it hadn't really caught my attention prior to the sale so I'm not sure if I missed something about the condition that made it go that low (or if it was just the sales issues that were previously stated).

Dial appears to be refinished IMO.

looks quite nice to me, aside from the Omega crown. Very good price....

I was wondering about the watch and dial originality so I opened up a new thread on the UG subforum so as to not drift this thread more than it's already been. Thanks gents.

The overall feeling I have as I am reading these comments is that the execution on this auction was extremely poor, to say the least.
As someone said, in hindsight it is (always) 20/20, but I am failing to grasp why the seller rushed into this auction. I am naturally slow on this type of activities because of my OCD tendency to deal with facts and numbers, but trusting an auction house within 3 days AND within a month of the sale itself, was not ideal.
Compound this by electronic bidding issues, surprise deposit, etc. and you have a little disaster waiting to happen.
Overall, given the economic landscape, there is still a real potential for the vintage market softening overall, and this may have been the first auction to reflect this as well.

I'm guessing the winning bidder doesn't think it was a disaster.

OCD tendency
How many times do I have to correct noob's that it's CDO (chronic disorder with obsession) in correct alphabetical order.

Seriously, OP stepped on his Richard, maybe no fault of his own.
My legal team, Dewey, Cheatham and Howe told me not to relinquish possession at this time.

He could've vanished with more if he had slowed down a bit and listened to the advice of experts.

A simple plural does not require an apostrophe.

Agree. But Bukowskis (no apostrophe 馃榾) didn't seem to be a bad address before the yesterday's results?

Did you listen to the Car Guys on NPR? That was their legal team as well.
