I'm not in the market for a new seamaster, because I've purchased the white speedy, a hesalite, the FOIS and a NTTD this year. I'm done for a bit. According to my OB, that one should be any day now, it's a planet ocean.
You’ve said this before—that it’s a Planet Ocean. I have no insider info with which to dispute this, but for what it’s worth the Daniel Craig teased watch is decidedly not a Planet Ocean: it’s a Seamaster 300 pro. Who knows?—maybe, as with the summer blue release, they’ll drop a whole bunch of new Seamasters including a new PO. But my hunch is that your source on this misspoke…

Well looks like Omega actually did drop some new Seamasters but not the one we were expecting.

Thanks for the info! Nothing on here I would buy today. However….

An all titanium seamaster on the regular bracelet would be an automatic buy for me. Hoping they do that! I’m not a big fan of the NTTD due to the poor legibility but this with the original bracelet would slap.

…you’ll be announced as..? (The way things are going, perhaps a cabinet position?)
Yep. Should also be demo units. What was interesting it my boutique mentioned there would be 4 versions (the black with two strap options and another color next year with 2 strap options). Additionally I've heard the dial markers are not white but more off-white/egg-shell similar to the special forces. $6-7k MSRP.

These were their words not mine but I could see it.

The other color is grey, allegedly. The off white lume is interesting. So this release isn’t really a staple, just more color variations

I'm not sure about the off white lume, certainly not as far as the beige special forces one. There have been some very high quality natural light photos of the new model on DC's wrist and it clearly has normal white lume.

If they offered the special forces/ SS/ CIA one as an option. Take my money.

Hell I’d want the SeaWeed Green no date domed sapphire.

Let’s wait and see what releases

I do like the grey, but I need a date.

What is being released? Someone upthread said it's going to a PO, but the Craig watch is clearly a SMP. Is this going to be 42mm or smaller?

On the 1st I was told by my boutique it'll be a PO. For what that's worth.

See the most recent posts—my guess is that Bsowers’s OB misspoke and said Planet Ocean when they meant Seamaster. Easy mistake to make.

So is an AT but the PO, Seamaster 300 Pro, Seamaster 300, and AT are all distinctly different. We can all agree that there will almost certainly be a new Seamaster released but I don't think it will be a 300, AT, or PO. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a 300 Pro but we'll see what it is later in the month. Hopefully.

Speculations aside, it's coming VERY soon and all will be revealed. I think no matter what, I'm getting it. I need a black dialed watch.

The Railmaster is also a Seamaster, maybe it'll be a surprise fourth gen Railmaster drop! 😜

A PO IS a Seamaster.

And bourbon is whiskey.

Fwiw, it's within the realm of possibility that there is a planet ocean also being released that we are not aware of, but I think the odds of this particular watch being a planet ocean are small.
