I tried it on a couple weeks ago. Wears small. Short lug to lug. Almost felt like a thick datejust 36. But very very striking!

Sorry for the delay, just saw this.

The Sub sits lower for sure but the maxi lugs didn’t really help in making the watch look “proportional” to say the least.

The PO has shorter lugs and they line close to the side profile, giving a sleeker look. It sits a tad higher than the Sub but not enough to give you any problems. Combined with the rubber strap, the watch can sit close to your wrist without any hassle.

I didn’t take a proper side by side but I hope this helps.

    Correct.
Case, bezel insert and dial are ceramic. Both crowns and the bezel itself are titanium. The indices and hands are 18K white gold (compared to rhodium-plated ones on the regular PO IIRC).

Thank you. It’s does look like it’ll look lost on my large wrist. It’s too bad a 43mm version doesn’t exist. I have the Oreo and I love it. It would be nice to see a larger 3-hander in this configuration.

I have the 39.5 PO in stainless but have been thinking about getting it in ceramic myself....really liking that black look!
