dress watch and bracelet don’t work for me. I also agree a dress watch should be as minimal as possible. Day date is the worst time n a dress watch.
Actually, you’re quite right, so I’ve changed the above photo for one of a Thinline, although I’m not sure the brown strap works

I think a nice vintage seamaster on a nice strap (not the one I have) is a clean and subtle 'sort of' dress watch at good price point--34-35 mm is a good size, proportions fit well under a crisply starched dress sleeve, solid & off-white colors go well with suits...though it depends on your sartorial preferences...may be appropriate for an off-the-rack Brooks Brothers suit but not a made-to-measure savile row.
When the notion of “dressing up” or wanting to wear a nice dress watch arises again (post covid) a Reverso is my ideal [still on the want list] dress watch.

As far as I am concerned, when I am looking for a particular watch, I use a watch search engine, there are more and more of them. I know this one: https: //www.thewatchpages.com ... To see if it helps you, I don't know if there are enough filters to refine your search. I know you can sort by price, style (vintage, classic or sports watches for example) and gender (men's or women's watches) but I don't know if you can just find what you are looking for.

My Omega Constellation 14381 or my Hamilton Piping Rock are my go to dress watches.

I have a similar collection to yourself!

TAG Heuer Aquaracer
Breitling Superocean II
Omega Speedmaster Professional Hesalite
Rolex Submariner ND
And..

My dress watch is a Cartier Tank Solo XL, it ticks all the boxes for me - iconic shape, Roman numerals, leather. I have purchased a blue leather strap to add versatility for my suits and it matches the Cartier blue on the hands and crown which looks great. If I wanted to spend a bit more money however, I would consider a JLC Reverso! But with having half an eye on a Tudor GMT for my 30th I couldn’t justify the price difference!

I’m sure whichever watch you pick will be a great addition to your collection.

I do like the Cartier Tank, preferably yellow gold--very classic and worn by all sorts of statesmen over the years. It's a look that's been reproduced by all sorts of brands... I had a Croton quartz in college that was a Tank solo knock-off--the shape and dimensions are quite conducive to dress shirts.

This all depends if you are a full dress nazi - two hands zero complication, or a modern casual.
For me omega de ville tresor 40mm hand wound is a killer as it is sleek on dimensions, blue or silver dial. Alternate this seamaster editione Venezia .

Here’s mine. JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon. No better dress watch under 10k in my humble opinion.

Grand Seiko Elegance Collection:

SBGW259

SBGK007

SBGW231

I second the Grand Seiko suggestion!

The SBGW253 if you reallyyyy have the funds cause pre-owned ones are really going for a premium now.

The SBGK007's is nice, elegant and the asymmetry adds a slight quirkiness to it that really works.

The SBGW231 I think is a really good choice budget wise and doesn't break the bank for a modern dress watch. It's clean, sharp and slips under a shirt cuff without issues and one can stare at its behind (transparent caseback) for a goodwhile.

I guess I'm biased heh

If you are into vintage/don't mind them, you could consider these options for different budgets. Depending on your wrist size too, i would recommend some smaller watches as your collection seems to be on the larger case size watches, so you may want something that sits under your cuff comfortably:

250-1000: Some time-only vintage Tissot/Longines/Omega/Movado

1000-2500: King Seiko 45/Grand Seiko 45/UG Polerouter

2000-5000: Cartier Tanks/Santos/UG moonphase

6000-9000: JLC Memovox/Reverso
