    Hi All

I’m thinking about adding a dress watch to complete (yeah right) this collection

    Seamaster 300m grey dial
    Speedmaster Professional sapphire sandwich
    Rolex submariner no date
Breitling Super Ocean heritage II 42 (best looking of the lot!)

any suggestions? I quite like the look of the Breguet Classique.

    thanks in advance

Is the Breguet out of your price range?

This is probably why he's looking for a dress watch, after all you really only need one good one.

The sky, and your pocketbook, is the limit in this category. You'll just have to research these watches and pick one that suits your idea of an elegant dress watch in line with your budget.

Based on the cost profile of your core tool watch collection, I’d say look closely at the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Thin line in stainless steel, pre-owned. If you want to go big, look at the same line in precious metal.

Cartier Santos, Tank, Drive, Cle, Prive...

The Santos would easily slot in your rotation as a day-to-day but is also super classy.

Oh, yes, the Santos...brilliant suggestion! The flieger that no one would know is a flieger...it'd be like your own, special secret :)

On the assumption that the inquiry relates to new watches, these Longines Heritage Conquests are currently available both new and pre-owned and are, in my view, very affordable.

I couldn’t decide which one to get and @janice&fred's suggestion got both

dress watch and bracelet don’t work for me. I also agree a dress watch should be as minimal as possible. Day date is the worst time n a dress watch.
