I just want you to appreciate the Omega trench watches from a long lost forgotten era

like you I have a weakness for women's fashion of the roaring twenties and the bejeweled watch you're showing is beautiful, but those ladies watches like in the OP are definitely not trench watches!
"Trench" watches are military watches from WWI, indeed worn in the trenches- circular, with big fat lumed numerals and white dials, and most often cathedral hands. The fact they're "silver" is not enough to make a watch a "trench" watch.

Thanks for pushing it up Sylvie. As you have indicated, the watches referred to by Megan are not trench watches. I would tend to call that style a "cocktail watch".

The Cocktail watches be it diamonds or other precious metals epitomized the Art Deco period of an era known as the Roaring Twenties full of tales of gangsterism, jazz music & alcohol prohibition
Back then , Jim's daring flapper girlfriends use to smoke & drink in speakeasies( illegal cocktail nightclubs selling alcohol) wearing diamond cocktail watches and long pearl necklaces. Reminiscing about his nostalgic past , Jim once told me he had bought them gifts of compact powder & cigarettes cases
