路Ouch, I hope you can get your money back. Just want to chime in and encourage you to hang around the forum and learn. Most of us have made some collecting mistakes. I make many fewer mistakes thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable community here.

路So i promised to get back and i had o long conversation with the seller that resulted in him offering me a 50% refund if I wanted to keep the watch. I took that deal and ended up paying about 600 euros for it. This felt ok for me, i still think it is a beautiful watch and hopefully i wont do that big of a loss if i sell it one day. But I learned alot and will stay atound the forum to keep learning more. Thank you all for your help! /Erik

In Australia, it's quite clear that "no returns" clauses are irrelevant.
So if the buyer initiates a "not happy Jan", they are entitled to a refund, but do not need to return the item?
Another convoluted eBay"rule".
