The photo is poor, but the dial appears to be badly damaged, unfortunately. So you'd need to temper your expectations on the value.

my friend said that the dial is a tropical aging dial is it true?, or it just damege dial

Your friend can call it what he likes, but to me it looks more like the dial has a tropical disease than an attractive and homogeneous tropical patina.

I don't think this will be commanding any premiums, I'd value it if I was buying at €350-€450 max

Tropical and damage are different ends of the same spectrum. Where one draws the line between the two is subjective. I think most would say this is much more towards damage

The case looks to be in good condition, but the movement needs service and a new gasket.
A pic of the inner case would be helpful.

For me, the dial is completely ruined with those big white spots (which may be unstable), but it's a personal aesthetic choice, and hopefully you will find a buyer who can live with it.

On the one hand, you would be taking a big risk that you might completely destroy the dial. On the other hand, there's not much to lose.
