Plausible Serial No Range for a 145.022-69ST w/ 220 bezel?

I am in the market for a 1970 145.022-69, and considering a crusty 220 bezel version. I have read that these were produced for a short period in the fall of 1970, and perhaps only sold in Europe? Curious if anyone can confirm a valid serial no range for these?

Mine was sold in Japan. Extract of Archives. 30.589.xxx Sept 1970
I haven’t seen anything about geographic sales info.
BTW the 220 bezel doesn’t really add value, particularly if it’s in poor condition.

Thanks. The one that just slipped away was about $1500 USD less, from original owner with original sales receipt and w/o the replacement parts... I'll mull this one, but will likely keep looking. Happy to pay a premium for a very special /clean example.
