Popped in to my Omega AD yesterday for a chat and a look at a PO, the Orange / White combo but unfortunately not in stock, whilst I was there the SA showed me two ceramic PO's that were in the sale.

Firstly this one, reduced from £9k to £7.5k

And this one reduced from £9k down to £6.6k

The prices are rounded but I have to be honest that neither appealed to me, I found them too light, I appreciate the benefits of ceramic cases, the lightweight, the anti-scratch properties, but on the wrist the watches felt inconsequential, there didn't appear to be anything of substance there, I think I prefer a metal case, which probably proves that I am old fashioned and not moving with the times.

If anyone is interested in either of these watches and fancies saving a bit of money, a trip to a UK Omega Boutique or from an on-line dealer may prove worthwhile.

Deep Black is hands down one of the best watch purchases I've ever made. I love it. I swapped out the white stitching for black on the strap and now it's perfect!
