Agreed- looks much better in that light, not as flat and low contrast as the first set of pics you put up. Still think you need to make sure it’s water tight so the moldy creep doesn’t get any worse.
I can’t get it water tight but I am very careful when washing my hands 😀

Why not? A watchmaker replacing the back gasket, crown and seals on the pushers (can the seals on the pushers be replaced?), should get you there unless it has corrosion around the case back.

I have replaced the pushers and crown. The caseback has to much corrosion to make it water tight.

Gotcha. Maybe @Archer can weigh in on if there are any tricks to help this or if it’s just a stay away from water situation.

You could get the pitting laser welded, then machined again. Not many will go to this length though, and most just keep it dry.
