He means that the case back is not made by Omega. I’m not sure about the case top either.

Pictures are too fuzzy to say anything about the dial.

Movement is genuine Omega.

and what about the crown? I would be very surprised if it came from Omega.

Movement and crown seem fine, everything else look unoriginal.

It would help us help you if:

1 - You posted clearer photographs.
2 - Told us a bit about you and the watch.

If the watch came from Switzerland, it has issues.
If it was sold in another country, there could be reasons for its construction.

I am no expert and we need clearer pics.

However, dial looks refinished in my opinion.
