I searched the database and there, this watch has a white dial, and there are no other pictures. Does this mean the dial of mine was painted or modified? Or could it be of other colors than the pic in the database?

Omega made dials in many colours and variation (markers etc) for many models. The can't document every single one.
Your dial looks totally original to me.
As to price, if I like a watch I just buy it. I forget about the extra $100 or so very soon afterwards.
You will need to get it serviced unless the seller can prove it's been done in the last five years or so. Maybe use this as a bargain chip to pull the price down.
