Hi.
I put this on a few years ago asking if anyone knew the maker?
No one had really seen one before so I thought I would ask again and see if the newer members had seen anything like it.
There is nothing on the movement or on the inside of the caseback.
The chapter ring does not turn at the moment.
It ticks over nicely and keeps good time
Some of the plating has rubbed away but I find this adds to it's character..

Thanks for looking.
Joe.

It's probably a sticker watch , generic parts with a small company name .
the movement needs to have a makers mark either under the balance or under the dial .

The movement is a Lorsa 238C. There were several French microbrands (now lost to history) that had similar pointer-date designs as yours and likely used the same movement. Search the interwebs for brands such as Lebem, Difor, Erana, Auper, or Cirga.

hi.
Thank you for your reply.
I did a quick search on the bay and found one in the sold section by Lebem.
Which is titled as a pointer calender watch.
It could almost be the same watch, mine is just missing Lebem.
Photo below.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Just a quick question do you happen to know how to free off the outer chapter ring.
I like the look of the watch and will put a strap on it and wear it from time to time.
Joe.

It could be stuck because of dirt , if so then it needs to be cleaned .
2nd option is that it has been glued in a former repair .
will be best to take it to a watchmaker to check .

Thanks for that Adam.
Watch maker is probably the best option.
