Opinions on this Seiko 6139-6002

Hi all. I recently acquired this Seiko 6139-6002, what they call the "Pogue". It was in possession of a friend and even though I knew almost nothing on these, it wasn't terribly expensive so I decided to pull the trigger. Of course I went down the rabbit hole and been a few days I've been obsessed on reading about its story, how to spot fake dials, and all that. However, no amount of reading can make up for lack of experience, and this example is the first 6139 I have ever handled.

Any opinions on the originality of the dial, hands, inner and outer bezel, or any remarks on the watch in general will help a lot. Not just to validate my purchase, but to help me in future acquisitions as I'm quite liking these references. Below I'll give what I (think) I know.

Dial
A 6030R variant with both "Chronograph" and "Automatic" below the Seiko logo. The "Japan 6139" spacing seems correct. Sub dial has no concentric rings and the text seems consistent with original models I've seen. Inner rotating bezel I have no idea how to authenticate. Outer bezel does seem correct to me. Hands too, but what do I know. The missing chronograph hand I've already ordered a replacement.

Light is pretty uniform (light box) so sunburst is quite subtle. In direct light it shows nicely and I can provide photos under sunlight and artificial light if that would help.

Case
Serial number puts it in August 1972. That should make the "R" dial correct for the year.

Movement
A 6139B variant which should be correct for the year.

Bracelet
A tapered H-link. I'm not entirely sure if it should have had a straight H-link originally, but that doesn't bother me too much.

Sorry for the bump. Maybe someone who knows something about these missed the post.

Very nice indeed. All as it should be once it’s had a service and a correct sub dial hand.
This is wha5 everyone is looking for!

Thanks for the input. Already ordered the sub dial hand. Too bad the bracelet is a tiny bit too short for me (it fits but too tight) and I'll have to resolve that too.

Pogue bracelets are always a problem. I have a large wrist and need a full length bracelet. Sometimes I buy a watch just for its bracelet.

@Jim W are separate links hard to find for these H-link bracelets? Im not seeing that many options on eBay. My wrist is 19cm (7.5"), so not terribly large, and I believe a single link should do it.

Tricky.
It’s almost impossible to find links.

Looks like good honest example. I think these look better with some wabi sabi on the lume and few dings- this is very wearable watch. be patient links come up on ebay- you can also get AM link from seikosis they fit fine and its next to clasp anyway so nobody sees it. And then you can wear it comfortably.
Look at Spencer Klein youtube channel he posts service videos on clients watches and lots of interesting info on vintage Seiko

@SOG53 thanks for the input. A NOS example would definitely be spectacular, but who's wearing that?! Some wabi sabi gives it a story and most importantly, I'm not worried wearing it anywhere. Will definitely give a thought to Seikosis as you suggested. I've ordered some clasp extenders and will give them a try first.
