Cracking looking watch, just sold a silver and black dial version which I was rather fond of.
A very nice catch indeed and that dial is just lovely.

Just be aware that from a servicing perspective some of the specific bits for the 753 movement (which I'm assuming it has) can be a bit tricky to get (most of the base movement bits readily available though).

Thank you! And good to know. I’m guessing it has a 752 but due to the issues opening the case on these Cosmics I have no idea. Either way I do suspect it might need a service after giving it a run out today but will see how she fares these next couple of days.

So an update on the new (to me) Cosmic…

I realized yesterday that one of the end links (the one at 6-o-clock) is a 017 (as opposed to the 526 that should be there)… it’s hard to tell the difference and it seems to do the job, but if anyone is willing to sell a 526 end link then I’d be a willing buyer!

Otherwise the watch seems to be running ok today after losing a few minutes yesterday. She’s been keeping good time overnight and date/day are functioning as they should so far (touch wood/fingers crossed etc!) 😀
