Omega Suveran help, am I being scammed?

Hi! young dude here just getting into watches, always loved Omega but never really got spare money to buy some until now... I got in contact with this guy selling his Omega Suveran and I want to buy it, did my research but I find some irregularities with most of the Suveran's online, like for example the case, might be polished? I'm wondering if the watch is actually a Suveran or is a fake one, would you guys mind to give me your thoughts on it? thank you very much for your time and knowledge.

It is not fake but it is not a Suveran, either.

Not that polished. Lesson 1 about being scammed is making sure the seller has the watch. So ask for pics with the hands at a specific time of just facetime the seller.

A Suveran should have diameter @35mm, powered by a 30t2 movement which has serial number in 10 million.
Inside the case back, you should find case ref 2400 on it.

There is a nice suveran from an established member on sale at the moment in the private sales section. Might be worth having a look. (I have strictly no connection to the seller, just thought it might be worth pointing out)
