Omega Seamaster Redial?

I'm new to Omega watches and I'm looking to buy this 70's omega Seamaster Ref. 166.0216.
Is this a redial? I cannot see "Swiss Made" at the bottom.

Looks original, just damaged lacquer, so its missing the SWISS MADE and part of the ticks from 31 to 34 and else-wear.

It actually looks a lot better than most vintage watches in the Philippines, much like Australia the humidity really does a number on old watches.

Maybe the "Swiss made" it's a little lower and it's not visible because of the angle of the picture..
