It's an Omega Seamaster reference 2759-7 with a caliber 420 (correct for this watch) dating to about 1957.

It has the wrong crown and hands and it has been badly re-dialed.

The condition of the case (brushed/polished) does not match the less than attractive condition of the movement.

Legitimate Seamaster variant - ref number is inside the caseback - but the dial is a fantasy redial. Crown is incorrect.

At the best, it’s a real Omega case/movement with a repainted fantasy dial. At worst, it’s a fake. Can’t really tell without pictures of the movement/caseback, but I would lean toward fake.

There seem to be a few of these fantasy California dials going around. I saw a few Tudors redialed this way on Reddit recently.
