Looks good. Dial is original. Crystal appears to be original. Crown is incorrect I believe. Should be scalloped. 1K for solid 14kt gold case is not an absurd price. That looks small tho like a 32mm. Could definitely find cheaper with some patience and work.

Yes, this is a 32mm midsize, reference B6308, the crown is OK actually more correct than scalloped for these midsize refs.

I remember reading a discussion/thread on here a while ago regarding the demarking of "swiss made T" NOT "T Swiss Made T" indicating that the dial may be lumed but the hands not. I could be wrong tho as my memory is terrible.

As you say this has been discussed but the number of T marks is not a consistent tell. Lume on the dial but not the hands makes no sense at all, the other way round makes some sense. I would suggest it is 99% likely the hands have been changed.

Especially since the minute hand is too short. Second hand, too, maybe?

I agree that the hands are probably not original, but otherwise looks ok.

Honestly I wouldn’t be too bothered by the hands being replaced if the money is right, De Ville hands are cheap and easy to come by and as I consider them daily wearable watches rather than strictly collector pieces, it depends if the price if fair.

As mentioned you might want to look for the 34mm as they are the popular pick nowadays, unless of course you like the smaller size.

BTW I see your avatar says "Red" and "White". Are you a supporter? 👍

The hands should look like these (another 14K Seamaster, which is 34mm).
