Omega Seamaster - dent back of the case

I am looking into getting an Omega Seamaster cal. 565 and found a watch that looks decent. But it has quite a dent/ break (?) on the back of the case.

Could anyone with more experience take a look at the picture and let me know if it is a big deal/ would affect the watch and price?

Thank you!!

You should be more concered about the badly re-finished dial and the condition of the hands.
The movement also looks tired and is showing signs of rotor axle/bushing wear.
There's significant corrosion on the perphery of the case where the seal goes.

Take your time and do more research before you make the big purchase.

Very bad redial, the movement looks tired, wrong crown, case looks like a Geneve and not a Seamaster, don't buy this watch!

On the back you see scratch, probably from an opening attempt

Thank you! It is advertised as 'untouched' 😬😂
