Where I'm confused is it looks vintage and yet the lume is bright, unless there is a black light in the photo that I can't see. Also, I don't see "T Swiss Made T" of a vintage one on the dial, nor Swiss Made that should be present on the service dials.

I found it in a box that belonged to my grandpa.
He had a lot of watches and like to repair and fix with them.

The lume pic is when i had put a very bright light at it and then took it straight to a Darke room.
I Snaped the photo directly because the green fades away pretty fast.

Ive cheched at a website called omegaseamaster300 and when i use that as a referens it seems authenthic to me, but IM not sure. And thats why i thought that someone here could possibly tell IF it is authenthic or not.

Sorry for the short and lack of info in the op

What part of the watch do I think is authentic or not?

Which part of the reference did you look at? Any comparisons?

Seems like u said u reference the website but did u actually look closely and take time to compare and look at what you have and come to a certain conclusion before asking OF?

OF is a great resource but we are not a free vetting agency.

I don't have any compassion pictures.
The bezel matches the one from 1966/1967
1966/1967 - bold font, serif flat 1, curly 3, flat top 4, tritium 5 minute markers
Everything matches.

The bracelet is a rubber strap and its says on the inside tropic 20mm

Regular case back engraving
Everything matches there, Certified is spelled correctly. The a in waterproof is flat

And dials is the big triangle, The 6 and the 9 isn't closed and I can't see stubbies at the end of the hour marks. Also the 4 is flat. And the 3 is Curly.

also ”1966-67 a dial design change took place and the large triangle was introduced along with the sword hands”

The bezel on my watch matches the one from 1966/1967 and the watch also got the big triangle and sword hands.

The hands Is Sword hands, short seconds hand and the second hand is Spear second hand, short point

EDIT: When you enlarge the photo of the dial, you can see the T SWISS T, and it looks nice. I'm not an expert, but better pictures would help. Lume looks very perfect compared to other examples, so possibly a re-lume and the overexposed photo makes it difficult to examine the hands. It might be the scuffed hesalite, but the lume looks like it bled a bit?

If it is all original, great find! And if it's original with some replacement parts, perhaps worth bringing it back to it's original state by sourcing some parts that haven't been tampered with. it is your grandfather's watch after all.

best of luck!

Pretty sure, the writing under the 6 is there. Just concealed. Blow it up to max. And you see the top of the writing. Kind regards. Achim

Like already stated by others:

Very nice example, so far all looks legit to me. 👍

Hands might have been replaced. Do they shine longer than the dial after putting it under blacklight?
Better pictures would be helpful. And I suggest you to open the case. But be very carefull with a case opening tool, easy to severely scratch the caseback when slipping off. If you are not sure get it to a watchmaker to open it.
What we need are pictures of the inner caseback and the movement. S/N is also helpfull, you can hide the last four digits.

And regardless what a watchmaker might say... leave it as it is!

I had a local watchmaker opened it for me.

I think the hands shines a little bit lounger than the rest, but IM not sure. I have to test that later.

All correct in my opinion. As told before maybe they are a newer replacement. But you have a beautiful watch.

Dunno if back in the day fakers would bother to replicate to movement of the watch to such a high degree.

How much would a watch like mine be worth?
I have searched other sites(chrono24 and omegaseamaster300) and it seems that its going for about £5,000 - £7,000.

About the right zip code. Without original bracelet and if hands relumed, definitely on the low side of that spread.
