路路practicing PMAI think the 2nd hand is original, just broken. Still worth a try for 250, black dials are nice.

I don't like the look of the dial but it is fairly priced. If you are ok with the dial and ready to spend a few bucks to make it work, get it. Depending where you are based, you are looking to invest 150-300 usd on it. Full service and a light polish since the case is a fat one.
I would try source another dial down the line.
