Omega Seamaster 600 Black Dial (Ref. 136.011)

Hey all! I'm looking at this online listing for a black Omega Seamaster dial. The asking price seems a bit high, but I'm wondering if the hands look original to the watch? It seems strange that there is a mismatch in the lume colors.

I don't know anything about this reference, so any help from the OmegaForums community would be much appreciated.
