If you've put a deposit down you'll get it at the original price.
I haven't, but they didn't ask for one..

They've sent me an email for the appointment, which states the £4880 price.

Does anyone know the status of central seconds Mosel in United States?

Hi guys, just last week I received my Small Seconds version. So far I am super happy with it!

Since this is my first caliber 8804 I wanted to check in with you guys wether you can here a slight noise from the turning rotor as well. (When you hold close to your ear?)

I am just curious, since the caliber 8400 in my Seamaster 300 Co-Axial does not produce a noise, but this could be because of the thicker case.

Would really appreciate your feedback on this.

Thanks
Alex

The local boutiques have both models. If anyone wants i’ll post the details.

The central seconds was stunning in person. As a dress watch I cannot think of anything better at the price point.

So, if the question of the topic is answered (any in the wild yet?), the new question is: any Platinum version in the wild yet?

I checked all 15 pages before, and found nothing.

And another question is: if the watch comes with 2 leather straps e 1 NATO, why there's plenty of pictures of the watch dressed in leather and none with the NATO strap? 🍿

I think a guy put his centre seconds on a nato a few pages back in this thread.

I don’t trust myself not to mark the pristine polished rounded case on this beauty. So for now, it shall stay on the brown leather 😁

I switched out my blue band on the center-seconds model to the tan band and (even though I've done this a bunch of times with my other watches) had my heart in my mouth while I did it. Happy I did it, though!

I know, there’s something about swapping out the first time on a brand new watch, despite precautions and lug tape.

Post a pic if you get chance; Update... see you already did!

3 months is merely a second or two on Omega's timeline.

"Earliest" was what the AD (Dallas) said.

I figure I'll make it a Christmas gift to myself ... or a New Year gift ....

Another small seconds breaks free into the wild!
Congrats

I know the feeling of getting the call when being away.

Bet those days were long and you couldn’t wait to get back.

So you like it?

Thanks. Yes I do. Very much!!!

Only gripe (and very minor and more a case of familiarity, rather than quality or authenticity). I’m so used deployants that I’m struggling with the rather small buckle. I hope I get used to it otherwise I’ll be on the lookout for a new strap.

The leather strap was extremely stiff for me in the first week. This includes the buckle.

Sometimes it felt like I needed to use excessive tension to release it.

I wore the watch a notch tighter for a couple of days to get it to contour. Once it did and I loosened it to a normal sizing it was much easier to put on and off.

Maybe give that a try. Glad you are liking it.
