Hi,
I’ve bought Omega Savolainen 14k PW.
All I think I know about it now is:
-it’s from early 1900’s
-it’s from U.S
-name Savolainen likely comes from finnish immigrant who probably was jeweler or watchmaker. Savolainen was his surname.
-movement is 19’’’LOBNN

Does anyone know anything more about that Omega Savolainen? How rare this watch is? I’ve found one other with help of google.
And where did this Savolainen lived in U.S and what was his first name?

Thankful for every bit of information

Possibly from my great grandfather Abraham, but I understand his two brothers were also Jewelers. Abraham emigrated from Finland possibly in 1903 and ended up in Duluth, I believe the others were in Virginia. I attached a picture from the Duluth Historical Society that happened to capture the Jewelry store. It is likely an Omega works. Be gentle with it if the watch still works.
