I’m with @ConElPueblo here way too much packaging. The sheer amount of packaging would stop me from purchasing this NATO. The price helps a fair bit as well
Pictures of it on, please! That's the exact strap I was thinking about for my Moonwatch. Thanks, DeWayne
Every single strap I've purchased in-store at Omega Boutiques has been in just the plastic sleeve. I'd have felt more value for money if I received all the extras...
Omega really going hardcore on the Natos. I had one on my PO couple years ago and I do admit the quality was really good so a price of 150 had no issue with. I wish they would do this with deployment straps with all the different types and options. Natos are cool but like a regular strap a little better.
Appreciate the deluxe packaging, but TBH it just looks like more clutter and boxes I don't need. Props to companies like Oris for being resource conscious and cutting down on materials/packaging etc this year.
Obscene packaging. Their NATO straps are indeed high quality though. Its like they're infused with unicorn tears or something. I have 2 Omega NATO's and none of them came with this packaging. Been considering ordering the tan one from the website.
I don’t know if anything has changed but the NATO strap tool kits were initially available only with online orders in the U.S. Has anybody received a tool kit from an OB?
Omega nato is far better in terms of quality compared to cheap natos that you can buy online I guarantee that. I didn’t expect that package if you buy omega nato thats fair price for what you’ve paid for.
I’ve bought 2 NATO’s from the Houston OB and I usually just get the carrying case to put my bracelet in since I’ve had them change out the bracelet for the strap upon purchase.
I'm all for great packing but we have a real problem in first world countries around packing everything. My problem is the waste that it creates for the environment. i wonder how recyclable the materials are? Yes i realise many here would not dream of discarding the packaging but for some this may be an issue. Sorry enough of my rant!
Not a rant, avid fisherman here and I am all for minimal packing and recycling of everything that can be. (The amount of plastics in the waters these days are something we should be ashamed of.) Kudos for members who collect vintage as technically your recycling watches
