Omega Mark II and Mark IV case and bracelet diffs

Hello Omega Enthusiasts,

I was searching for a spare Omega Mark II (ref. 145.014) bracelet, and I found ref. 1162/172 and 1159/154 both being the correct refs for this model.
Now I'm confused, because the 1162 is also mentioned as the Mark IV bracelet, where I believe the Mark IV (176.009) has 22mm lug width, where the Mark II has 20mm lug width.
Does this mean that they both use the same bracelet, but with different endlinks?

Please someone enlighten me,...
