Omega identification?

Hi, I am new to this forum and am looking for a classic Omega watch. I found someone locally selling the attached Omega Seamaster, but I cannot find anymore info on the watch. I spent hours looking through older Seamaster models, but have found nothing like it. I am not a fan of the strap, but like the watch face.

Does anyone have any more info on this model? Potential age? Fake? I am going to take a look in person, to get more info, but was hoping for a background or any information before I make the drive!
