·I have an early 1960’s Omega Constellation automatic chronometer. It gains 20 minutes per day. What’s wrong with it?
A watch maker can demagnetize it for you. Simple process
U uofdnitI bought it New in 1963. Have not wore it much. I don’t think I‘ve ever serviced it

Definitely take it in for a servicing. It’s long overdue. Mention that it runs that fast and your watch maker will get it resolved. Definitely take it to a trustworthy one. Simple things can cause magnetism (if that’s the culprit). Everything with a speaker has a magnet in them- phones, headphones, computers, and so on.
Oily hairspring. Several coils stuck together. Take it to an actual experienced watch guy who specializes in antique watches. Don’t take it to the local big box store watch repair counter. He would be much more likely to advise you than we would. Be prepared to pay to have it serviced.
