...just wanted to verify with you all. A store is offering it to me at a sub 2k price. Even if a redial it's so tempting, but it runs and the movement is nice. But I know I may never wear it.

I'd say it's a redial.
Wonky 9, marker at 4, different gaps at 1 marker and 7 marker. Lot's of other little imperfections.

Very hard to find a Cosmic that hasn't been redialed. Uneven printing on this one with the date ring is an absolute giveaway.

The dial posted by the OP has many flaws but the - literally - biggest give away is perhaps the texture of the white/grey of the dial

It looks like a reference 2606, here's one with an original dial for comparison.

Looks like a very obvious redial to me. Omega font is off, the overall finish is quite flat and the wrong tone, overall too bold.

I was able to feel it was a redial by looking at the OMEGA font and the printing. However, I did learn that the texture of the dial/tone is also an indicator. I thought the finish wasn't too bad. But it is off from original examples. I did compare with pictures of original dials for the Omega Triple Calendar 2606, but the store price threw me off.

I don't particularly trust the store owner of this example, but his lack of knowledge has given me great deals on watches and pocket watches before. But no matter the price, a redial is a no go for me. Thanks again OF.
