Need help authenticating an Omega Cosmic Triple Calendar

Hi everyone,

I've recently been offered an Omega Cosmic Triple Calendar at what seems to be a pretty good price, but there are a couple of things that make me hesitate.

I've been looking through examples of this model, but I haven't been able to find a case with gold-capped lugs like this one, nor have I come across this particular handset on a Cosmic Triple Calendar before.

I'm wondering whether these could be legitimate variations, or if there might be something wrong with this particular watch.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone familiar with vintage Omega watches could help me determine whether it's authentic and whether the case and hands are correct for this model.

Gold cap ref. is 2606-1, as far as I remember. But that is a redial, and the hands are wrong.
