The difference is more on the dial than on the case. Here is a good looking ref. 14902.

just for the record- this is an uncommon arrowhead dial in a dogleg case, rather than an example of what identifies a 14902.
they do pop up now and again but the dials are a left-over from the earlier lyre-shaped references.
As noted above there is very little difference (if any) between 14900/14902 and 167.005/168.005.
