I'm not sure we can tell you much more from the information provided. At first glance the dial looks ok but without a good straight-on photo, it's hard to judge. Obviously the case isn't great, but apparently it's ok for you. Without seeing the inside of the case-back and movement, we can't really judge whether everything is correct.

My feeling about price is that this is largely a personal matter, and depends on who is selling the watch (private collector vs. dealer vs. brick-and-mortar), whether the watch has been serviced and comes with a warranty, etc. And your choice of seller depends on your comfort level in buying from various places. It requires knowledge and patience to get a good watch at a low/fair price, so some buyers are willing to pay extra to get a watch from a professional dealer or retail store. The valuations most members here will give you will represent the low end of the spectrum, but new collectors are often looking at dealer prices or Chrono24, so those price expectations are quite different. For these reasons, I think it's best for you to do your own research to determine if the asking price is comfortable for you.

Looks like a 14381 in gold. 14kt or 18kt?...that makes a € difference to start with. The dial is pretty and nice with no lume and onyx. Wrong crown and the back case looks like it has been re-worked.
