Hi,

Seeking some opinions on this 30T2 dial. Leaning towards redial myself, the Omega font and logo looks off though I know very little about these watches.

The 2 and 8 applied numbers look a little ...well... tilted, for lack of a better term

Your suspicions are correct. 馃檨 A shame because this is a pretty uncommon piece in TT Rose Gold!

Ok the 8 is upside down and at an angle... otherwise I would have cleared it.

Didn't even notice the 8 and 2. They do look off center now.

Any possibility that the markers were reglued without the dial being reprinted?

Thanks!

Nobody else concerned over the XXL number 4 (compared to the 8).
I suspect a clean and/or a redial based on those pics.

In focus hires shots would eliminate and doubts.

Why do you say it is upside down? Looks ok to me.

...It's been put on by a drunk, obviously, but it is the right way up at least 馃榿

My thoughts is the small side i.e. Top should be outside, at least to match the rest.

no - the orientation of 8 is correct - it matches the orientation of the 4

It is clearly a re-dial, no doubt
Too much is wrong to list it all

additional issues:

wrong crown
wrong hour and minute hands

As @mac_omega notes it is fine. Usually radial dials are split along the 3 - 9 line regarding orientation, making it easier to read. The 9 (and 3 too) can have either orientation, but will usually follow a "standard" within the marque/model type.

If they all shared the orientation, 6 would read as 9 馃槣

Thanks everyone that pitched in to confirm it!

Will keep looking for a proper example.
