·Has anyone been able to order any of these for less than suggested retail price? Just wondering because an OB said they can still order me a speedy, but is quoting full retail.

·OB just informed me they expect speedmaster deliveries to begin in NYC as early as tomorrow and as late as next week. Was told that approximately 8 watches at a time will come in. When nyc customers receive their watches will Depend on when your reservation was made and how many people deposited at OB. In my case I was told earliest October but more likely November is when I will see the watch.

Not by much, and certainly not for limited-edition or otherwise sought-after watches. What they do instead is add small gifts, like an extra strap or other merchandise, and of course your relationship with an OB means you might get better placement in line for a limited-edition watch.

Yeah, each click yielding maybe like 1.25mm of length (I didn't do the exact math).
