Is there an unlike button 😉

The unlike button is there, yes. It's just in reach of your fingers and is called keypad.

I guess this is a forum, meaning everybody can like or unlike things posted here.

If you unlike early Speedmaster dials, so what. But why do you post comments like that?

Still hoping you'll have a nice day one day...😀

You misunderstand me, I don't dislike old Speedmaster dials, indeed I have a very nice mid 60s one which I love thanks, As we have already discussed ad nauseam, my dislike is for demonising one version of the modern dial by arbitrarily declaring one version right and another wrong. Admittedly you didn't specifically say that this time but I still think you are flogging this to death rather.

Oh I suppose I should declare a vested interest. I own the version of the 60th with supposedly the 'right' font.

I just wanted to share my own observations and I feel sorry that I did obviously harm you.

Let’s just move on, now that the Trilogy thread has turned into a G-String.

How about telling us a little about your vintage Trilogy piece(s), back story etc?

I think there is something wrong with your camera; the Railmaster is out of focus in every shot 😝

Switched to the NATO strap before some upcoming travel--relatively easy to remove the pins using the provided tool (IMO), and the brown strap that accompanies the SM looks fantastic--makes the watch pop a lot more! It might be on here a while.

Not alone, I'm also waiting and my OB isn't giving any news... I haven't asked for a specific number so I think it doesn't change anything.

Who actually was promised a specific number and got it?
Nope, not even close, but I was given he choice of 3 numbers and I just picked the lowest one which was 079.

This year I scraped together the money to buy a nice old autavia GMT Heuer and 3 of the Omega LEs (I am broke and done - and in a weird way (for my financial sanity) hope Omega really have a poor Basel 2018 ...........I am sure I am not the only person worried about something specialbeing revealed.....).
Anyway the watch that has got the most wristtime is the Seamsater - now on an old 1960s NOS tropic. Love the vintage tool feel and the non metal straps really elongate the straight lugs......

Just got home, too excited to do a ‘photoshoot’ for now,
Here is my Trilogy. Seeing them all together you can see how they forged Omega’s future.

Congratulations! The RMLE and the SM300LE with the modern 8806 movements and beautiful bracelets are perfect and dare I say have improved over the 1957 models. If only the Speedy re-issue had the 321...

Recently received this beautiful and adorable handcrafted strap from Romania. It was made to measure (19/18) to fit my RMLE together with the vintage buckle which comes with the ST. It’s available at OBs and although it’s brushed it looks very fine at the RMLE.

Even the watchmaker at my local OB was impressed with the quality of the strap which is actually sewn and not glued.

Anyway, it’s a brilliant alternative to the strap and makes the RMLE even more elegant. My SMLE stays with the bracelet for casual wear, the RMLE with the strap is now perfect for more formal occasions.

How do you like it guys?

P.S. A huge thank you to Ken G who pointed me towards this strap!
P.P.S. The only criticism I have with the strap is the missing second keeper.
