Hello all, I have a very interesting Omega I scooped off of ebay for a sweet deal. I haven't seen this dial texture before and I've been looking at Omegas everyday for the past few years at least. Please help me identify this dial texture and give it a name if it does not have one already!

Its definitely not: waffle, linen, diamond, hobnail, honeycomb, larger gridded waffle, etc...
It reminds me most of Rolex's Tapestry Dials.

This specific watch is my first gold plated vintage Omega.. I usually stick to steel and have a few 18k stragglers. I wouldn't give this one up though, the dial texture and alpha hands are amazing!

Haha, thanks @Nepomuceño for calling me.

I am not sure , is it the same?
My ref. 2494 with uncommon larger size says hi.
Thanks for chiming in friends!
Seems like very similar, but I dont think they are identical patterns...

By the way, when I do a quick search of this dial’s style in ref.14713 I found at least 3 watches?
The black one was redial.
It’s named as Tapestry Dial.

Thanks,
Teerapat

No problem but maybe we need more information from an expert here. I am just a beginner.
