Help me identify this watch

I need some help identifying this Omega watch. I don’t know if it’s real or fake. It runs, but has some “diamonds” that have came loose on the face. If it’s real and valuable, I would like to have it cleaned up and repaired.

Thanks!

If it floats, it’s a fake watch, Omega watches are less buoyant. Let us know how it turns out.

Completely fake.
Actually it's an incomplete fake as various bits of paste (they certainly wont be diamonds) are missing

I'm not sure what I'm looking at... Kind of like a very distant relative of an Omega cosmic born out of an incest relationship. Try to return it if you paid a good sum or just gift it to someone you hate.
