My two sons & I were strangely mesmerized by the odd cracked plaster bird with carbuncled breast proudly thrust forward, a tree springing from its back, foliage hair from its head, its blind eye resolutely ignoring the weirdly juxtaposed three gold-spray painted pine cones and pin-striped watch in the foreground. Trippy.

 

Though not originally intended, this contest ended up being more about sentiment and context than superior photographic skills.
