Well the CEO & Omega team will be promoting the new Apollo 11 Speedmaster chronographs worldwide and in June Omega is going to move the museum ( where the archives are housed ) into the new building... re-opening in July 2019... makes sense.

I hope you are correct! Has anyone called Swatch Group US service center to see if they get a different response than what I was told? (As I said before, no new order extracts unt“next year” was very vague!

I requested one in September 2018, and I am still waiting for it. I wrote to Omega via a different channel last evening (i.e. not the Archive email address) and at least someone responded and offered to help check on it! 😀

Mine was over 7 weeks from request to completed email so will be ~9wks to my door step. So far from ~10 requests they have all taken very similar length of time. The few that I have had rejected took ~2wks to get the email from Omega.

Just received some good news from Omega - they tried to send me the extract three times - for whatever reason they were unsuccessful. (I suspect someone may have gotten the address wrong.) So they are waiving the charge because of my long wait, and asked me again for my address and will send one free. Good for them.

I ordered one for my Apollo XI on March the 7th. I called yesterday and was told they were not permitted to answer any questions about Extracts over the phone.
However I was told to direct my questions to [email protected]. Now only "time" will tell!

Well I submitted my request and paid on the 4th April, hopefully they are still honouring the backlog.

Ordered two extracts in March, got automated emails two days ago that my extracts are ready and being dispatched. Looks like they are honouring the backlog 👍

I ordered one for my 94 WG Apollo XI in Sept 2018 and my 69 SW Apollo in Jan 2019, I finally received both (on the same day) last month. I've usually received pretty great service at the NYC Boutique but the entire time the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. At one point I was told that they shipped the extracts to the wrong boutique and then sent them back to Switzerland. They did wind up giving me one for free but man it was torcher to wait.
