Hi forum,

A new 3861 speedmaster wear in totally a month and stopped moving, it is a manual wending piece.

Anyone know the best Omega service center in LA or Orange county, California to send to inspect?

Thanks in advance

Always the first question......is the watch fully wound to the point where the crown hits a full hard stop and can't be turned anymore? If it still won't work there are several Omega boutiques in Southern California where you can take your watch, assuming it was originally bought with the warranty card included in the sale.

Yes, fully wound it and only moving few seconds before stopped. Originally bought with warranty cards, wonder why this high-end brand watch is unreliable

It does not matter much how high the brand is, faulty product can be there.

That’s why you have warranty card to cover this.

Unreliable, lol?
Maybe you broke it?
Maybe you wound it too tight?
Maybe there's more to the story...?

I'm sorry this has happened, but there's not much for this forum to do other than speculate, and tell you what you already know. Google up an Omega boutique, or take it back wherever you bought it, and have Omega fix it. Should be an open and shut case, Johnson.

Since it sounds like this is a recent purchase, take it back to where you bought itand have them sort it out.
