Omega Service Advice: Washington DC Area Boutiques

My Speedmaster Racing 44 329.30.44.51.04.001 stopped this morning. It had been running great. I will take it to either the downtown DC or the Tyson’s boutique, but read in another thread here the DC location (which would be more convenient) isn’t Omega-owned but is a franchise of some sort.

Has anyone had good or bad experiences taking a watch for service at either location? I think it’s still under warranty, will check the card date when I get home.

If the DC location you're asking about is an authorized dealer, they can take in the watch and send it to the appropriate Omega Service Center. If it's still under warranty all three locations will be sending it to the same place.

Thanks, that makes sense. It started running again when I reset the time…still seems like service while still under warranty is a good idea!
