New OF Bug Report Thread

I know it’s already been said, so I apologize for piling on:

When clicking on an unread thread (one that I had previously read), I am taken to the very end of thread instead of the comment I had last read. So I have to go back through the thread to find where I was last at. I’m on iPhone with the newest update.

We will check that out tomorrow something must be up with the editor there, is it only not marching when you make an edit or is the initial post screwing up too?

Same bug as I reported earlier, can confirm it occurs on original post.

This also happens with threads I have not opened yet. If the thread has several comments, I’m taken to the last post in the thread.

An example:I have not opened this thread before, but when I do, I’m taken to the last post instead of the OP

Initial post. But the editor did not fix, even when I deleted the hard return and re-entered it.

Oddly enough, it accepted the return on the second paragraph I added in the editor.

The site looks great, thank you!

One tip for mobile users trying to refresh latest content. The “Latest” link in the drop down menu disappears after you click on it once. If you want to refresh one more time after a while, you will need to press “posts” right below the drop-down. Let me know if you find another way to do the same.

This is not a bug report, but a question. Is that okay? In the forum menu -> Members -> under MOST MESSAGES -> See more... -> what does the 'Points' column on the far right of the member list represent?

How do you type the New Emojis?

By the way, the renewed forum looks great!

On windows hold down Win Key and hit . (Period)

OR

Hold down Win Key and hit ; (semicolon)

Both will bring up the emoji keyboard.

On mac, CMD + CTRL + Space brings it up

On mobile it should be a feature of your phone’s keyboard

Looks great, and thank you for all your hard work.

One thing: Did I somehow miss the arrow that takes you back to the top of the page? Otherwise one has to scroll all the way back up in order to switch threads. Please correct me if I’m wrong or this has already been mentioned.

I will echo the comment that clicking on any thread sends you to the last comment. No good, go back to picking up where you left off or going to beginning of thread please. Thanks for the upgrade, looks great!

One more comment, the new No Icon look is really creepy. Question marks were better than zombies lol

Looks like it disappears randomly.

Not sure if it was already reported, but I just added a link to a thread and it opens an attachment in that conversation instead.

This popped up when I visited the OF. I then clicked on Forum, Latest and took me to the correct page.

I think option 1 is PayPal and 2 credit card?

It should be PayPal or stripe for credit card yep, I’ve added that to the bug list
