·I soured on PP when they started charging their fee even if the buyer returned the item.
Any idea if this will stop that or a way to get around PP?
The way I understand it, sellers won't be dealing with PP at all anymore once they switch to eBay Managed Payment Services, which will eventually be mandatory. Buyers can use PP, but eBay processes the payment and transfers the funds to the seller directly. The means of payment should be transparent to the seller. Presumably, eBay negotiates their own fees/terms with PP, Visa, MC, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

··This Space for RentYeah but eBay will need to prepare/ send 1099s so they need SSNs or TINs.
